I Have Insomnia

Insomnia is something I have been battling for years. Normally it goes on 2 day stints and then I crash, but lately I just can’t sleep. It has been 4 days and I am beginning to hallucinate; seeing spiders on my walls and shadows moving from the corners of my eyes. I wonder how long it will be until this condition progresses to a next step and then, what will that be?!
