I Have Insomnia

I haven't slept correctly in weeks. Every week I get about 6 to 8 hours of sleep. It would be a miracle if I can get an hour or two of sleep a day. Sleeping medication doesn't work anymore so I'm pretty much awake all the time.

You can sleep well. You need to correct your habits or things you do that make you stay up later than at most 12am. And when you want to sleep, do not think about anything. Try this. Lie down on your bed. Don't think about anything and feel the need to sleep :) I believe you'll be sleeping sooner than you thought :)
