The wildfires are mostly under control in my state
Slowly but surely. I’m just glad the air quality is back to normal where I live. I took this picture of the mountain near my reservation the morning after the fires started.
For several days, we were covered in this thick smoke. It got to where you couldn’t even see the mountain or even the field. I wish I took more pictures over time so you could see just how bad it was. Everything is back to normal now though.
We're clearing out too but it was really bad. The wind blew out some of the smoke to the point of actually seeing the sun and the colors were crazy. Armageddon-light.
