Work out and eat healthy, make good habits, finding something to be happy about and apreciate goes a long ways to happiness and contentment

I already do the first two. I eat low calorie foods and don’t go over 1000 as well as working out religiously. I have plenty to be happy about but I still hardly have that happiness anymore or enjoyment in pretty much anything. Everything feels like a big distraction I guess.@YoMomma

@Thunderlord03 well take a strike day every once in awhile (from your diet) live a lil and enjoy life .. Healthy Diets are nice but you control it, dont let it control you.. ☺️
