Does anyone have any advice on getting through a eating disorder, depression, and anxiety?

I don’t think I’ve ever been at this state. Instead of getting better I’m getting worse.
Work out and eat healthy, make good habits, finding something to be happy about and apreciate goes a long ways to happiness and contentment
@Thunderlord03 well take a strike day every once in awhile (from your diet) live a lil and enjoy life .. Healthy Diets are nice but you control it, dont let it control you.. ☺️

I've never dealt with an eating disorder, but I have anxiety and depression.

The first thing I can recommend is don't isolate yourself. Reach out to loved ones, don't lock them out. Locking then out makes depression worse.

Pat yourself on the back for your accomplishments, even the small ones like taking a shower when you don't feel you have the energy to even get up.

Try practicing mindfulness, it really helps with both anxiety and depression.

And do stuff you normally enjoy even if you don't feel like doing then or enjoy them as much as you usually do.

@Thunderlord03 if you haven't spoken to a therapist yet, I do recommend talking to one. Especially one that does CBT and mindfulness.

@basilfawlty89 ive not, I’ve been thinking about it.
@basilfawlty89 Great advice.
Rather than focusing on the eating disorder, the depression and anxiety, look at the pain which underlines all of these symptoms. Find a qualified person to help you look at the source of your pain.

@PhoenixPhail Ive already figured out my cause and got rid of the cause but the baggage is still there and set a big relapse

@PhoenixPhail sadly cause alone doesn't always solve all ills.
Like you could say realise something comes from say childhood abuse, but that doesn't necessarily take away the symptoms. That's why CBT is so much more effective than old school psychoanalysis.
@basilfawlty89 I'm glad you've found something that works.

If you go to www.thinkrightnow.com - the programmes on anxiety and depression were very helpful to me when I went through the same thing.
