Have you ever had a conversation with someone who talks over you? Not only do they talk over you they get LOUDER when you try to reply?

I've encountered that behaviour countless (many thousands) of times in my life.
I would say it's rare to meet a person who doesn't interrupt within the first 45 seconds of me trying to say something.
It seems to me that few people these days understand the art of conversation.
