I Hate to Workout But I Make Myself Do It Five Times a Week

This is it, time has come for me to get into shape. Just finished my first workout this morning haha I'm gonna feel the aches on my body in the coming days 馃槪 but it will be worth it. Need to cut down on all the unhealthy foods, I know I can do this even with all the temptation around me
( junk food ) I need to focus on my health, 26 an need to get my head outta the cloudy an get into shape with the help of this breakup an his ugly sister, lol kidding. I'm doing this for meh!
you shouldn't force yourself while working out. You should embrace the pain and develop a philosophy of making short term sacrifices for long term gains

Duh, I ain't doing no insanity workout just a yet, im doing the beginners workout.
