I Feel Like My Life Is Getting Worse Every Day

Sadness turning into anger and rage. Freezer door riddled with dents. Throat horse from screaming over the littlest things. Temple is bruised. Think my pinky is broken or at least the bone is cracked. So angry over nothing and it's just getting worse.
