I Have a Brother

I feel like he doesn't care about me :( one day I fell in front of him and he didn't ask if I was okay. He just looked at me and that's it. And anytime I tell him something he has an attitude, and although he doesn't do this as much anymore, he used to make fun of me with his friends and he used to call me retarded.
