There's a baby rabbit that has found our yard for a home. I was worried the cats would get it but so far they havent. It's been here for 2 days. It has no friends. I'm going to get it some carrots tomorrow

How sweet!! I've been a rabbit owner for 13 years.
Just be watchful for the mama, because rabbits often will leave a nest unattended while they forage for food.
Also, if there is no sign of the mother returning, I would call a wildlife rehab near you to help. A rabbit primarily eats green leafy vegetables and HAY. Without hay they will have digestion difficulties. Carrots are ok as a treat but they are very high in sugar so the bunny will need other sustenance.

@Summersrain make sure it's greenleaf lettuce. Iceberg is lacking in nutrients. Kale, carrot tops or fresh parsley are best. :)
