How often do you work out (weights and/or cardio)?

It's every day for me, but I don't lift weights very often. I focus primarily on cardio. I run about 2 to 3 miles each day. I haven't been able to run these past few days, as I screwed up my ankle again somehow. I've tried the elliptical and bike, too. My best bet is to stay off my foot for a few more days.

I'm nearly 80 and I train four times a week, I have my own gym in my garage but still go to my local gym ......
