I Have A Mental Illness That I Am Not Ashamed Of

I have Schizoaffective Disorder. I'm sure many of you have never heard of it since it's extremely rare. To put it in a nutshell, it's a mixture between Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder.
I deal more with the highs and lows of the bipolar more often than the many faces of Schizophrenia.
Feel free to message me or leave a comment if you're interested in knowing more of what it's like to walk in my shoes every day. I am sure it will either fascinate you or creep you out lol. Either or, I am very open and honest about it. :)

Good for you. It's nothing to be ashamed of.

Tell me about schizophrenia...

@PerseveringAngel who are they? :-)
PerseveringAngel · 31-35, F
@Unlearn honestly I am not sure. All I know is they are annoying as hell LOL
@PerseveringAngel I don't have schizo, but I have heard voices before, seen things, felt things. In my case it's because I am hyper sensitive to imbalances in my environment and I feel when there is a 'presence' around me. But it all stopped when I moved to a new house.

That must be pretty tough on you. I wish you well.
