Yes. That's the word. Thanks for this post. I beat myself up a lot if my goals aren't being met or if I am not productive. But we had to be ADULTS as children, so I guess it's natural our body would feel worn out. Ty 💐💙
@Coralmist YES...many of us were robbed of a childhood. I had a great therapist that saved me, 😌 I still have some regrets but no longer beat myself up anymore. I'm glad you have forgiven yourself now❣️🤗
