I Feel Sad When Bad Things Happen To Good People

my mom keeps claiming all the problems she has I have. its so mean, I don't have any problems like hers. She is assuming im a wreck because she is a wreck. I am not in the same boat. I hate when she touches me, her hugs feel like she is suffocating me.

You can’t be defined or labeled although sadly in this world, every human we come in contact with will do so. I personally believe that one, you are beautiful, two, you are strong in how much you’ve been through and overcome, and three, you are talented, capable, gifted, smart, and compassionate.
