Every day. Hopefully

In distant and happy pre-plague times, when living in London I would run or cycle every day, and go to a gym 5 times a week, and swim 2 or 3 times.

These days, right now at my parents' house in the middle of nowhere, I can ride a bike, or horses, to my hearts' content, or go running without fear of being run over by anything other than a tractor - though in the last two weeks it has either been horribly wet or oppressively hot to do much more than swim in their pool and borrow my father's weights for a little toning in the sun!

I wasn't a greatly sporty teenager but got into cycling everywhere at university, partly to save time, and to keep fit, and now wouldn't be without it. When I return to London shortly I shall probably invest in a little equipment for the house, since I'm not sure I really want to go back to a gym yet if possible. Working out is important to me!

And sometimes, I even have someone to encourage me to go on a bit further!

I miss the elliptical at the gym as I'm not quite ready to go back either. Weights are hard to come by but I've acquired most of what I need to do a routine from home. Allow some time to order them as everyone else has the same idea!

@NotJamieM Until they come I can just carry a stack of books from one room to another and back again!

@Persephonee one thing I did (and still do) us use a knotted sheet looped around a tree branch to do TRX-type exercises.
