I Work Out

Some good workouts for becoming a beast. Done with as much weight as you can handle with proper form for the ones that include free weights. 8 -12 Reps = Strength and mass.
12-25+ reps = Endurance. I do two sets of 12 then two sets until failure personally. Work out upper body one day then lower the next.

Chest (also works triceps)

Bench press press
Push up
Decline push up (lower chest)

Triceps

Bench dips.
Overhead triceps extension.

Back

T bar row (works rear deltoid)
Pull ups
Inverted row.

Biceps

Pull ups
Wide and narrow grip curls
Hammer curls
Reverse curls

Shoulders (see back for rear deltoids.)

Military presses
Lateral raises

Forearms

Reverse curls
Flexion
Extension

Core

1 minute planks
Jack knives
Bicycle kicks
Weighted Hip thrusts for the ladies 😜

Barbell squats
Squat jumps (side to side and forward and backwards(
Calf raises
Calf jumps
Lunges

Stamina

Jogging and running.
