I Work Out

I have a reoccurring problem... Doing my barbell shrugs, the bar always rubs up against my sack and shaft lmao. Idk if im doing improper form or what, but it gets in the way...

Keeping a pure form is a must to get the most benefit from the exercise. Nothing should get in the way such perfection.
