I have a reoccurring problem... Doing my barbell shrugs, the bar always rubs up against my sack and shaft lmao. Idk if im doing improper form or what, but it gets in the way...

How much weight are you using? Can use a machine too. Or just deadlift enough and your traps will still grow

@tdawg Try use dumbbells, it'll ensure you're balanced between left and right side. Obviously once you go past the heaviest dumbbells you'll need to switch
