I have a reoccurring problem... Doing my barbell shrugs, the bar always rubs up against my sack and shaft lmao. Idk if im doing improper form or what, but it gets in the way...

@tdawg Try use dumbbells, it'll ensure you're balanced between left and right side. Obviously once you go past the heaviest dumbbells you'll need to switch
