I Work Out

Since September... In the past months so far I have lost 32 pounds just by weight training and doing cardio and of course watching calories. I use to weight 220 pounds and am down to 188 and am hoping to increase my strength and improve my cardio. The gym has done wonders for me and I can't believe I have lasted this long. Hope to keep going from here!

I like to stay healthy too, when I was younger I was always active now I have to work harder at it
