I Work Out

No Pain no Gain

I work out at least 4 times per week. I am not super thin but i am in pretty good shape for my age. Age and hormones can work against you.

Anyway, working out can come with injuries and here are mine so far:

fractured floating rib

costachrondritis

torn abdominal muscle from doing a real live boot camp with the Marines.. I had to have surgery because the doctor could not identify the mass.

my hip was inflamed. I had to get injections to walk

AND painful, very painful plantar fascitis. So bad I could not walk.

thankfully, that is it so far.

@OkieGemini me too. i am goingto substitute walking for one of the classes. it is just too much!

@OkieGemini i am in 3 weighttraining classes now. i take zumba for the cardio. i am going to give up my friday boot camp class for walking.
