I Have Something to Say

This is why people just struggle with life.

We complain about whatever our problems are, and more often that not these days people just tell us "Get over it" or "Grow up", something scathing like that. That doesn't help the situation.

I know for a lot, sometimes just saying things aloud to be seen, it helps them. But what little relief it brings gets taken away from people who have nothing better than to tell them "Oh just toughen up"

Yeah, sure. So easy. And then they hide behind the excuse that "Someone has to be tough on them".

This is our world.. I laugh in sadness. Our world. It's just too messed up.

Absolutely agree with your post. I came on here to try and talk about my problems, as I find it hard to express the way I feel. This has turned out disastrous for me in so many ways. Part of the reason is because people don't care, as you said their advise is "toughen up"
So why should I waste all that effort of breaking down those barriers and sharing what I feel if all you're going to say is, "this too shall pass" ofc it will pass but thats not what I wanted to hear.

@Samael: True, I still share not online thats because I don't have offline friends to pour out my thoughts too. Only difference from then till now is I don't expect anyone to understand or relate in anyway.

How true is this. The one that makes me cringe and I despise is "move on". It gets thrown around like confetti. As if those shallow words will make it happen or make the heart stop feeling. 😔

Mostly people don't care to understand, they're more into self promotion.
