Sometimes, when I get angry, I have a tendency to say things I know I don't really mean, yet feel like I mean them, the moment I say them.

When you get angry, go outside, breathe for at least three minutes without saying anything, then come back and start speaking. Much better for everyone. 馃尫

I find it's usually best for me to step away when angry and wait a little bit before speaking.
