I feel for you mate, it isnt easy, i went through this many years ago, it took about 2 years for me to get over it, to stop seeking answers, to stop beating myself up over it, but eventually i started living for me, and then i was happy. Peoples actions can hurt us man, in which we have no control, my advice would be not to be alone, have a vacation, meet new people. Good luck my heart is with you
