Is it normal to have siblings who don't talk to you?

To never go out with them?
To never have a conversation?

To be practically strangers?

My sister died in March. I would give anything to talk with her. I passed a restaurant that she liked today and for the briefest moment, I thought about reaching out to her, only to quickly remember that she is dead.

Is it weird that I still talk to her and my mother when I am alone? Obviously, I hear no answers. It just comforts me.

@Fauxmyope2 no that's not weird. That is how you are coping

@iamnikki Thank you!
@Fauxmyope2 *softly* I still talk to my mom. I say her name out loud. I tell her how I feel from my heart. Not weird at all. I know she hears me. My dad too. If it helps your heart, do not fret. It is good and kind and loving.
