Overcoming a disability is amazing. Did it interfere with your search for an occupation? Sorry if I'm pushing, I am.a retired physician and can't help myself, bilateral phocomelia suggests a primary defect, I am sure you know the thalidomide story. I assume that the possible connection with something during your gestation was explored.
