I Relapsed

It happens, start again, it's okay.

Awe.No use beating yourself up.
I slipped and fell so many times when getting rid of bad habits/addictions.
Just start over.

I could have posted this 20 times in the past few years. Don't give up.

Every day is a new year

I’ve been there....recovery isn’t always smooth, but if you’re determined enough you’ll keep at it. This is a bump in the road (and it might not be the last one)....but just because it slowed your progress, don’t let it stop you. 🤗

You stopped before you can do it again. I stopped last February, one month to go and it will be a year.
