I Really Love the Mountains

I took this picture a few years ago in Colorado. It's my favorite picture. I remember standing up on a cliff looking out over the beautiful scenery. It was one of the most peaceful moments of my life. Every time I'm stressed I close my eyes and picture myself back there and I feel so calm and serene. Why can't everyday be as peaceful as that day in the mountains?

Right on.
And just to toss out a thought, as a mountain lover myself, to your question. I think it's because the mountains, untouched by man, are in a perpetual state of perfection. Everything is where it should be for a reason. It's in perfect balance. The world becomes a very small place when that exists.
