Is Spring far away?

After repeated dark, dreary and cold, snowy days, a bit of beautiful relief. Sunny and almost 50F.

It got up to 73F yesterday, a bit windy but otherwise very springlike. Heard all kinds of birds singing and saw them flying around. Cold front moved in last night and it’s in the 50’s for the high today. I am mentally finished with winter, whether it’s finished with us is another thing entirely. I just want some days with little or no wind and warm and sunny enough to sit in a chair get soaked with sunlight.
Not far now, the snow drops are flowering and soon they’ll daffodils in my garden and lambs in the field.🙂

@HotPizza71 Mountain cedar pollen is happening here, winds from the south the past few days have left people sneezing and sick with allergies.

@cherokeepatti bet it smells lovely though 😊

@HotPizza71 we live about 80 miles away from those mountain cedars, I have no idea of what they smell like but each one produces a huge amount of pollen and it makes at least a third of the people here sick. There are videos of those trees dropping pollen, it can really travel a long distance.
