I Want To Speak Of Intimacy

I created this group on EP as so many were getting passion and intimacy confused. Yes they can overlap,but [i]real intimacy[/i] is so much more.

It is a special shared moment feeding the heart, mind and soul. And it may be as innocent as holding hands. If that is how two, sharing a moment in time define it.

Or a shared bubble bath. Complete with massages and tender moments. Skin stroking skin, breathes breathed upon another...as well as sighs.

I'm the end, a lot of times we desire intimacy as much as love and acceptance.

I agree intimacy is as important as love.

Indeed! I believe the two CAN overlap. But one has to be careful to put the correct feelings in their place. As love is love. And some are in dire needs of love. And other demand intimacy. They may WANT LOVE, which to them comes AFTER intimacy. But they want intimacy more.. But a bit of soul searching needs to be done by all to determine what, if anything , they are lacking in their lives.

@Elandra77: I think you are right, some people get them confused alot, some who say they want love really want intimacy...

@Rain-Bisou: It is the intimate moments one will remember after all else is gone. Did you read my reply-a post I wrote a long while back, (to Voyelle, above) about the 86 year old man? That. perhaps, captures the spirit of what I mean more than anything. It is a small post that makes me cry at times.
