RT is a Russian news service so unlikely to have much sympathy for the West. (RT = Russia Today)
I noticed no-one has commented on the reference you cite - but did anyone else follow it?
A lot of schools do allow girls to wear smart trousers, but I wonder what, if any, truth there actually is in RT's claim.
