I Love to Workout

I remember only 5 months ago roughly, first time using a single dumbbell for workout. "Right, I'll start 10 reps with 15kg then go from there..." I gave up in my routine only halfway thru day one. My mind screamed "This is impossible! come down on the weights!" So I did, 10 reps by 4 sets 10kg followed by 15 by 4 7.5kg and kept at it, following a routine (explained in an earlier post).

Five months later... 8 rep by 4 set of 22.5kg followed by 15 by 4 of 17.5kg (Burn the muscles). And added a 2nd routine a few months ago (all explained in an earlier post).

I feel I have come a very long way and when lifting 15kg it seems ever so light. I can do 15kg, 15 by 4 sets and barely break a sweat when doing it across all 8 of my workout routine.
