35-40% Ambidextrous...

When lifting weights you'll notice your dominant hand is stronger than other hand.

Being right handed my right arm / side can lift more than left. Realizing this I always do one or two more rep for my left hand / side, than whatever I managed to do with right.

ON TOP! Just got this idea to become 35-40% ambidextrous in the day; carrying bags, cleaning, handling a spatula / stirring big spoon thingy or other utensil, I use left so it becomes active and stronger. It will b hard but will get used to it over time.

Did you know that although your working side is strongest your weaker side will always be bigger from the same stimulation
