No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to drink enough water!

I've been struggling with this issue for years..I just can't bring myself to drink as much as my body need.

As suggested flavor it, ad a piece of ginger, orange slice, berries etc.
The body can absorb water from liquids.
Herbal teas, freshly squeezed fruit juice (perhaps diluted for less fructose), soups and stews are all very healthy ways of getting one's water needs met.
Barocca B is also a great way to get water with electrolytes and B Vitamins.
Do you like mineral water? Maybe carbonated?
Or maybe add a dash of tonic or Angostura Bitters.

When you say you can't drink enough... is this really enough for what your body needs or do you mean you can't drink as much as the recommended amount? they are two different things and not everyone can actually physically drink that much.. it's not always practical.
Also, it doesn't have to be water.. any liquid will still have water in it. .

How much are you trying to drink?

Try and drink little and often, rather than gulping down a pint in one go...
