I have a coworker who can talk to anyone about anything for extended periods of time. I'll stop by his office for just a minute and end up stuck there for an hour. In the moment, I'm engaged, but afterward, I couldn't really tell you what we talked about.
Torture! I recently spent 10 hours on a long car ride with a friend who bragged about her grandchildren -- over and over and over. I thought about ditching her when we stopped for gas. 😫
