I Hate Body Shaming

The idea that my dad keeps on body shaming me makes me really sad and I cannot stop overthinking about it really much. I don't say any words when he does that. But it's hurting me. Always telling myself I'm an ugly person because of it.

40 yrs old, fittest I've been in my entire adult life and my father still thinks its appropriate to comment occasionally on such things. I'm sorry you're experiencing this too.
