I get this question quite a bit. The answer is to conceive or spot a great idea and be the one who can make it happen. It's as easy and hard as that. Be aware of current trends. See the next unexplored step. Develop a viable product and marketing plan. Insist on profit sharing and a big retirement package. Implement the plan at minimal cost and without borrowing.
