I Want to Be Rich

Who declares who's rich and who's not? Because lots of people think my family is rich but we don't see are self rich at all. But if you compare us to people who are homeless then yes where rich but if your looking at a person who making millions a year then where poor. I'm just wondering because everyone who comes to my house seems to be amazed but I see there lives and I'm jealous of there lives. So I'm just kinda confused really. But all I can say is everything comes with a cost and if you have questions please ask.
