I Hate Asking For Help

My shower drain is clogged with hair and glue! My toilet bubbles and most of the bowl water gets backed into the shower! I've plunged and got a good clump of hair and glue out but it's still clogged. Let drain cleaner sit a couple hours overnight. I was up til 1 a.m. Do I call my landlord (who I'm late on rent with, yikes) or get a snake, keep plunging etc?

Well if the subject is money, then landlord is both a good and bad choice.

Good because it'd be a free service.

Bad because you're asking for a favor when you're late on rent.

This is when you weigh your options:

Do I want to be able to flush and shower freely for the price of dealing with a bit of awkwardness?

Or do I want to potentially damage my plumbing with the hopes of avoiding a disdainful glance?

-_- or shell out for a contractor (don't pick this)

I don't know your situation but I'd try option three get recommended affordable professional and have him figure it out.

I may not know the best option but the worst option is getting a drain cleaner. I've heard from some plumbers that most times it doesn't work and makes the situation worse. And this sounds like it would making it worse here.
