Before arising from bed
as soon as i am aware that
i have awakened from sleep
I meditate on the light
focussing within the Ajna Chakra
the third eye..
As soon as the thoughts start circulating
i get up and start the day.
My focus during the day is within the breath.
After work, i will sit for meditation
aware of the breath, and again
going deeper focusing within the third eye to
bring the light into view and the movement
of the colors of consciousness.
When the world disappears
and only Christ consciousness (God)
remains...it is a good meditation...haha

Early evening usually unless I’m needed for someone else’s attention then it’s a no no

Brahm murhat, after 3:40 am is good for meditation bcz, in brahm murhat you can gets higher level of cosmic energy.. otherwise you can do meditation anytime of the day.. when you are in peace..

i prefer early mornings too
