Do you deal with keyboard warriors in your profession as well? Not just here

SW-User
Be smarter than they are and play the game better than they do. To be smarter doesn't necessarily mean to be more intelligent, it means to have better strategy.
SW-User
@SW-User its exhausting
SW-User
@SW-User There will always be office politics in play at work. It's a game like any other. You get used to it and you learn how best to handle it. Sometimes you can use another person's aggression or passive aggression against them simply by shining a light on it.

@SW-User I promise I try but that's not healthy is all

i don't, I am not worried about other financial counsellors at all, if they want to bad mouth me that just means they are jealous of my results
SW-User
@nedkelly I understand that very well. I have a direct competitor and oh man he is annoying
assemblingaknob · 26-30, F
some people are just so bored at work that all they want to do is start drama. 🤷‍♀️ just some dim head who cannot think of anything productive to entertain themselves.
SW-User
@assemblingaknob Yea I mean its so annoying especially with a team of 20

@SW-User how do you know someone is a keyboard warrior is person?
SW-User
@Torsten I asked if you have colleague who argues via professional emails marking your boss and piss you off?? If the answer is no, then that's all I asked.
Torsten · 36-40, M
