Very cute ! No work , just a workout and beating up the rubber man ( punching dummy) for kickboxing ... and playing on here .

It's not morning here. I'm just having some tea and chilling.

Fortunately I dont have to work today

Got donuts for grandkids who stayed with us overnight. Had a leisurely breakfast. Doing a little family research.

I'm finishing my coffee and getting ready to shave and shower for the day 😴

I work a little later, so was doing some light cleaning around the house this morning
