There’s rarely any benefits of private sector work. Unless you have high ranking skills and you’re in demand.

Public sector is always overworked and underpaid and rarely appreciated.

In the current climate private sector gives you no guarantee work will be there tomorrow

@Picklebobble2 In the private sector they will push you out when you reach your forties. No matter your background, experience or accomplishments no companies will hire anyone over a certain age.

@Crazywaterspring It's the constant trying to weasle out of conditions agreed to in your contract i objected to when i was working private sector.
