Private sector vs Government sector?

Do you think working in government sector is better or in private sector? Tell me the reasons why.

Private sector jobs expect results. Government sector jobs do not. Private sector jobs have higher pay with the promise of even higher pay for those that truly become a valued asset for their employer.

Self employed people have to keep up with their own accounting and pay roll and 941s, as well as marketing, quality control, fee schedules, and they determine their own salaries...based on their production. At first most nearly starve putting all their time and money into their business , then as it grows they delegate more to their employees, and their salaries go up.

Sounds like your civil service needs serious reform. Where I live we expect results from our government employees too!
