I'm not sure. I got the recipe online but it didn't specify the origin.

Looked up a Moroccan recipe. It's not the same, but I want to try to make that one too now.

I finally convinced my child to eat them. I explained the many similarities to beans, which he loves.

I also love how inexpensive they are.

Yes. They're surprisingly good. I wouldn't touch them when I was younger and now I feel like I'm eating them all the time.
