What are you having for dinner tonight?

I'm eating tuna casserole, maybe I'll also have a couple of hot dogs. What are you having for dinner?

I am trying to be creative with a can of Spam that was given to me. I was supposed to make Bison loaf, but I dithered around too long.

I fried the spam after first slicing it, browned it on both sides, removed it from the pan and then dumped out the oil.

I added a can of pineapple juice to the pan, and about a cup of frozen cut green beans and some dark soy sauce and a little bit of garlic powder.

I microwaved some pre-cooked brown rice, and I will add that to the pan in a few minutes.

Should be good. I hope. 🤣

@Littlewing77 It did work. The brown rice picked up the sweetness of the pineapple juice, and the soy sauce and garlic powder made it taste a little bit like Chinese food...which I am craving right now.

@4meAndyou Wanted to share back my recipe: Take four frozen fish sticks and nuke on high till soft.

Mash with fork till...well..mashed.

Put...that, in taco shells and add hot sauce.

Season with salt and pepper. Depending on how many little packed you have.

Hot sauce fish tacos.

@Trippy Sounds awesomely good! Most people don't think of utilizing fish sticks in their more modern recipes.

@Trippy I was reading a cool detective mystery by an Irish authoress several months ago, and she mentioned that fish sticks were a staple in her freezer. She would take them out and cook them, and then just put them on buns with tartar sauce.
