I got a job at my college yesterday. The only thing is, I realized I don’t want it. The manager’s already started the paperwork and I don’t want to tell him I no longer want the job because I hate wasting people’s time.

@KaciAlex I'd tell them now. You'll do them a favor, because they probably have their second choice candidate and can come back to them without loosing much time. This is a perfectly normal case, it happens quite often, happened to me too.
