I Got a Job

I got a job at my college yesterday. The only thing is, I realized I don’t want it. The manager’s already started the paperwork and I don’t want to tell him I no longer want the job because I hate wasting people’s time.

@KaciAlex I'd tell them now. You'll do them a favor, because they probably have their second choice candidate and can come back to them without loosing much time.
This is a perfectly normal case, it happens quite often, happened to me too.

Well done for getting the job but tell him now that you don't want it! For a start, you don't want to start your working life in a job you don't want. Secondly, I am quite certain you are not the first person to refuse a job having been offered it. Tell him :D

@KaciAlex if the money is the only reason try to negotiate. Show them the other offer and ask them to match.
Don't be shy at negotiating your salary!
Employer always pays you less than you are worth.

Ah it's a college. Cause it was a big business, ALWAYS waste time. Take a crap on company time too!
