I Am Not Happy With My Life As It Is

There are a lot of things I wish I could change, but all involve having money, and I don't have much. I have a bachelors degree and nothing to show for it because I can't find a job in my major, or anything close to it. On top of that, it's a Music concentration degree because I wasn't good enough to be a performance major (I would have had to go back and get a masters degree when I'm already $40,000 in student loan debt) so the only option anyone can ever point me towards is teaching, which I haven't the patience for... And to add the cherry on top, I'm drowning in debt, and I'll be 40 in 3 1/2 years.

You can still do a lot at 36. My brother dropped out of law school . At 33 with no prospect and only philosophy degree to show for and $160k school debt. Long story short . He took a six month course to become a software tester. The program didn't place him on a job like they promised right away. after one year frustration he got a job at $25/hour job . After one year of experiance under his belt he just got $55/hour job a month ago. The p program cost him $5000. You just got t o figure out what you want do.

@Thetimetraveler That gives me some hope. But not sure what is going to happen yet. Thank you for the advice.
