Im looking for working out routines for home. Like stuff that people tried before and actually works!! Not some exercises that would only waste my time and energy
I play my Xbox and at the end of a match every kill is five crunches and every death is 15 push-ups it's a pain but it works and it improves your speed because of the little time between matches.
