I Am Afraid of Opening Up to People

Another reason I'm in this group is...

It helps knowing that I'm not alone in my issues. But I'm still v-e-r-y reluctant to open up fully.

I bet if you opened up you'd feel lighter, realize you are not some 'separate' entity from others with issues that no one ever has... that's how I have felt for a while and I know at least some have felt what I have🌻
